<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article explores the role of the nasopharyngeal microbiota in the development of ENT diseases. It describes the composition of the normal microbiota and its influence on the immune response of the body. The consequences of dysbiosis are examined, including an increased risk of infections such as sinusitis, otitis, and tonsillitis. The impact of antibiotics on the microbiota is discussed, as well as potential strategies for restoring its balance using probiotics. The importance of studying the nasopharyngeal microbiota for the prevention and treatment of ENT diseases is emphasized, along with the need for further research in this area.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Микробиота носоглотки</kwd><kwd>ЛОР заболевания</kwd><kwd>дисбактериоз</kwd><kwd>пробиотики</kwd><kwd>бактериологический посев</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>nasopharyngeal microbiota</kwd><kwd>ENT diseases</kwd><kwd>dysbiosis</kwd><kwd>probiotics</kwd><kwd>bacterial culture</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Brook, I.
