В последние годы качество жизни рассматривается как один из ключевых интегральных показателей состояния здоровья при хронических профессиональных заболеваниях. Целью исследования явилась оценка качества жизни у горнорабочих с сочетанной профессиональной патологией: хронической поясничной радикулопатией и вибрационной болезнью. Обследовано 124 горнорабочих, разделённых на группы в зависимости от нозологической формы заболевания. Установлено, что наиболее выраженное снижение качества жизни отмечается у пациентов с сочетанной профессиональной патологией, что обусловлено выраженностью болевого синдрома и психоэмоциональных нарушений. Полученные данные подтверждают необходимость комплексного медико-социального подхода к реабилитации данной категории работников.

In recent years, quality of life has been considered an important integral indicator in patients with chronic occupational diseases. The aim of this study was to assess the quality of life of miners with combined occupational pathology, including chronic lumbar radiculopathy and vibration disease. The results demonstrated a significant decrease in quality of life in patients with combined pathology, mainly due to chronic pain and psycho-emotional disorders, highlighting the need for a comprehensive rehabilitation approach.
