В статье подчеркивается важность ранней и точной диагностики для определения этиологии боли и выбора оптимального лечения. Особое значение придается соматосенсорным вызванным потенциалам и мультимодальному нейрофизиологическому мониторингу, которые позволяют выявить нарушения проводимости нервных импульсов и позволяют предотвратить повреждение нервных структур во время операций. Обсуждаются перспективы использования нейровизуализации, включая функциональную МРТ, позитронно-эмиссионную томографию и магнитно-резонансную спектроскопию, для выявления биомаркеров боли и разработки персонализированных подходов к лечению. Статья представляет собой ценный ресурс для врачей и исследователей, занимающихся диагностикой и лечением торакалгии и подчеркивает важность комплексного подхода, сочетающего традиционные и инновационные методы, для достижения наилучших результатов в лечении пациентов с этой распространенной проблемой.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>A comprehensive overview of modern methods for diagnosing thoracalgia is presented, ranging from traditional radiological examinations to innovative neuroimaging techniques. The article emphasizes the importance of early and accurate diagnosis for determining the etiology of pain and selecting optimal treatment strategies.</p><p>Particular attention is given to somatosensory evoked potentials and multimodal neurophysiological monitoring, which make it possible to detect disturbances in nerve impulse conduction and help prevent damage to neural structures during surgical procedures.</p><p>The prospects of using neuroimaging techniques are also discussed, including functional magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy.
