Assessment of factors of the labor process from the workers of the electric substations 500 kV "Kegoc"JSC

Abstract

Conducted research on the assessment of factors of working process in workers of the main professions 2 substations on the 500 kV Central intersystem electric networks of "KEGOC" JSC in the Karaganda region showed that the nature of work for engineers and electricians for maintenance of substations according to the severity of the labor process conforms to the valid class and was hard 3-class 1 degree due to the nature of the work, and emotional stress factors of work (12 hour mode of labour, the work in the night time). The electricians of air-lines the burden of work corresponded to class 3.1, due to regional loads on the neck muscles, shoulder girdle and tassels and intensity of work related class 3.1, according to the following criteria – the content of work, distribution of functions according to the degree of complexity of the task, the degree of responsibility for the result of their own activities, the significance of the error, the risk to his own life, the degree of responsibility for the safety of others, the actual duration of the working day.
