From 2003 to 2019, the National Center published the journal "Occupational Hygiene and Medical Ecology"—a quarterly scientific and practical publication featuring original articles on theoretical, practical, and methodological developments in hygiene, ecology, occupational pathology, methods of early diagnosis and treatment, expertise in early diagnosis and work capacity, medical and occupational rehabilitation, and justification of regulatory and methodological documents for practical healthcare (Kazakhstan).

The journal "Occupational Hygiene and Medical Ecology" was registered as a mass media outlet with the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Public Accord of the Republic of Kazakhstan (registration certificate No. 3567-J, February 4, 2003) and was registered with the International ISSN Center in Paris (registration number 1727-9712) by the National State Book Chamber of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 5, 2003.

NJSC "National Center for Occupational Hygiene and Occupational Diseases" is resuming the publication of the quarterly scientific and practical journal "Occupational Hygiene and Medical Ecology," which was re-registered as a periodical print edition, information agency, and online publication with the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 18, 2024.
