Қазақстандағы жоғары медициналық білім беру жүйесі құзыреттілікке негізделген және теориялық дайындықты жұмыс орнындағы практикалық қызметпен ұштастыруға бағытталған оқыту үлгілеріне кезең-кезеңімен көшуде. Академиялық оқытуды кәсіби базалардағы құрылымдалған тәжірибемен біріктіретін дуальды білім беру қоғамдық денсаулық сақтау бағдарламаларында қолданбалы дағдыларды қалыптастырудың тиімді жолы ретінде қарастырылады.
