Abstract

The review article analyzes the international experience of organization of service of labour medicine and occupational diseases (Finland, Germany, USA, Canada, etc.). Service for occupational medicine have different structures in Europe, due to different approaches in addressing issues of health, social security and safety, insurance. According to the who, the European service of labour protection are developed better than anywhere else because they are an important element of the national health system of most countries.

Abstract

The article provides an assessment of cancer morbidity and mortality due to malignant neoplasms of the respiratory system in the industrial form of the regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The highest level of cancer morbidity and mortality from lung cancer was detected in the north-Kazakhstan region, exceeding the average republican indices by 1.6 and 1.4 times, respectively.

Abstract

A retrospective analysis of the prevalence of occupational diseases over the last 10 years (2007-2016). in Almaty. In Almaty, the most frequent according to ICD-10 infectious disease professional on the second place on prevalence are professional diseases of the ear, followed by diseases of the respiratory system. In the analysis of the average annual figures for the 2007-2016 revealed that in Almaty among the occupational diseases most frequently encountered group of diseases caused by biological factors, less disease caused by exposure to physical factors.

Abstract

Тhe comprehensive assessment of heart rate variability and psychophysiological examination of persons living in conditions of exposure to nonblogopriyatnyh environmental factors. Among the examined persons it was established: pronounced tension of vegetative regulatory systems, increase of stress index, high-frequency respiratory waves and decrease of slow waves. Structural changes of asthenic syndrome, the level of anxiety and depressive disorders were established.

Abstract

The article presents the results of the analysis of morbidity with temporary disability of employees of the energy enterprise "KEGOC". In the course of the analysis of morbidity from temporary working capacity in employees of the energy company from 2011 to 2013, there were trends in the increase in morbidity by class of diseases of the musculoskeletal system in cases and days. The greatest number of cases of osteochondrosis and arthrosis were revealed.

Abstract

Monitored a priori risk, occupational health and suitability of the operator of the pipeline running on JOP No. 1, 2 of JSC "Kazakhmys". Adequate reflection of the fitness for medical and biological indicators for the operator of the pipeline was a "safe experience" of 12 years.
