Abstract

Conducted research on the assessment of factors of working process in workers of the main professions 2 substations on the 500 kV Central intersystem electric networks of "KEGOC" JSC in the Karaganda region showed that the nature of work for engineers and electricians for maintenance of substations according to the severity of the labor process conforms to the valid class and was hard 3-class 1 degree due to the nature of the work, and emotional stress factors of work (12 hour mode of labour, the work in the night time). The electricians of air-lines the burden of work corresponded to class 3.1, due to regional loads on the neck muscles, shoulder girdle and tassels and intensity of work related class 3.1, according to the following criteria – the content of work, distribution of functions according to the degree of complexity of the task, the degree of responsibility for the result of their own activities, the significance of the error, the risk to his own life, the degree of responsibility for the safety of others, the actual duration of the working day.

Abstract

Working conditions of workers of basic occupations extracting minerals in the Republic of Bashkortostan have been analyzed. It has been shown that the leading hazardous factors are occupational noise, vibration, work severity and intensity. In the occupational groups of workers, according to the degree of hazards and dangers of occupational factors working conditions indicate the level of occupational risks to be from medium-high to medium (Class 3.2 - 3.4).

Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the spread of psycho-emotional disorders in the population living in the Aral region. Pathological abnormalities of the nervous system among the population living in the conditions of ecological disaster are revealed. To identify violations of emotional stress resistance, mood all researchers were tested Spielberg Hanin (personal and reactive depression in points).

Abstract

Discussed changes occurring under the influence of external factors (РМ10 and РМ2,5) in the peripheral blood of the population living on the territory of ecological disaster - the Kazakhstan part of the Aral Sea region. We detected changes in erythrocyte parameters, showed the prevalence of these features in the surveyed women. We presented the correlation between particulate matters (РМ10 and РМ2,5) in the ambient air and blood parameters.

Abstract

There is presented the hygienic characteristics of the production processes at the enterprise of chemical organic synthesis (production of Acrylonitrile, sodium cyanide and by-products), the analysis of conditions of labor in major industries and the results of the evaluation of their impact on the health status of employees by results of periodic medical examinations. It is shown that in the conditions of regular work of the enterprise and adequate system of hygienic, organizational, technical and medical and preventive measures the risk of diseases associated with working conditions is reduced.
