Abstract

   Personalised prevention will increase the effectiveness of preventive measures associated diseases, including major non-communicable diseases, primarily atherosclerosis, hypertension, cancer, diabetes. The cause of non-communicable diseases is not only the deterioration of environmental conditions, but also to increase the sensitivity of the organism to damaging factors. Personalized prevention includes the study of the transformation agenda of combined environmental factors, the body's adaptive ability with the definition of gene polymorphisms for the development of individual preventive schemes.

Abstract

   The working conditions of drillers, driller assistants, employed in oil industry were studied. Hygienic estimation of the degree of hazard and danger of working conditions showed that a priori category of occupational risk is high (grades 3.3 - 3.4) occupational groups of drillers, driller assistants.

Abstract

   The working conditions of women workers in the mining and processing factories are characterized by complex factors in the working environment and workplace. The main harmful production factors are dust polymetallic ores, chemicals (potassium butyl butyl xanthate, carbon disulphide, and butanol), industrial noise, heavy labour. General class working conditions workers corresponds to 3.1-3.2, which may influence their somatic and reproductive health.

   In the city of Esil copper content was 6.34 and 6.49 chlorides multiplicity MPC. The total index of soil pollution with heavy metals ZC was 0.1 MPC, uncontaminated soil. In the soil, Iglika v. average copper content was 3 and chlorides 1.53 multiplicity MPC. ZC was 0.1 MPC, ie uncontaminated soil.

   Climatic zones Aral Sea areas unchanged compared with 1992. Data analysis Kazhydromet from 2004 to 2014. It showed that the city of Aralsk to the disaster zone becomes severely irritated zone (zone crisis). The village and the city Aiteke Shalkar a disaster zone - in a slightly irritating zone (intense band). Villages and Zhosaly Zhalagash from a crisis zone pass into the moderately irritating area (critical area). Shieli village as before stayed in a crisis zone. Abstract

   The laboratory analysis of drinking water on the content of chemical substances in the villages and Kalachi Igilik Akmola region. The results obtained show excess chlorides MPC multiplicity of 1.5 times in Igilik, the remaining excess is not observed and it was below the exposure limits.

Abstract

   The low screening rates of professional diseases are on the Balhash copper plant, related to that workers go away to the general network with somatic diseases that is not diagnosed as professional. For the exposure of professional diseases quality realization of preliminary and periodic physical examinations of persons, working in the harmful, dangerous and unfavorable terms of labour with participation doctors possessing knowledge in area of occupational, is needed. From data of periodic health examination persons working in harmful terms, groups "increased risk" must be created for the prophylaxis of both general and professional diseases and that must be exposed to the health centre system and stationary medical rehabilitation.
