REVIEW
The article presents the state of chemical contamination of drinking and surface water in the urbanized regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE
Work of agricultural industry’s machine operators is connected with complex influence of an adverse microclimate, impurity of working zone’s air with the dust and chemicals, noise and vibration, excessive physical activities. The functional state of health of machine operators in the course of work testifies to tension of regulatory systems and decrease of organism adaptation opportunities. Inspection of health of operators has revealed moderately accelerated and sharply accelerated aging, also very high and high risk of development of occupational diseases has been established.
Conducted research on the assessment of the microclimatic parameters on the main workplaces 2 substations on the 500 kV Central intersystem electric networks of "KEGOC" JSC in the Karaganda region during the summer period of the year showed that microclimatic indicators meet the allowable levels for air temperature and had slight variations in the parameters of relative humidity and air velocity. For personnel identified the failure of artificial lighting at 66 Lux compared to the norms.
MEDICAL ECOLOGY
The influence of a constant magnetic field with induction 70-95 MTL on the functional state of the muscles in the dynamics of single and exchange rate impacts, indicate its stimulating influence on the recovery of lost functions. While there is a significant restructuring nutricentials relations in the segmental apparatus of the spinal cord and is manifested by increased electrogenesis compensatory mechanism at maximum arbitrary muscle contraction.
The article provides information on the outcome of tests of the Semipalatinsk nuclear test site conducted in the past 40 years. Exposed to radioactive fallout, seized – East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar and Karaganda region. The results of our study of the adult population Maisky Pavlodar region revealed increase in the incidence of endocrine, cardio – vascular system and diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs.
This paper focuses on analysis of occupational morbidity in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Between 2013 and 2015, 463 cases of occupational diseases in the Republic were first revealed. The highest rate of occupational morbidity has been registered in mining (4,76 per 10.000 workers) and agricultural (4,70 per 10.000 workers) enterprises. In the morbidity structure, occupational diseases caused by physical overload and functional stress of organs and organ systems rank the first.
The article gives the analysis of primary morbidity in the Kostanay region for 2007-2016. As can be seen from the analysis, there was a low detection rate of occupational diseases in the Kostanay region, despite the large number of industrial enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of preliminary and periodic medical examinations of persons working in harmful, dangerous and unfavourable conditions. The doctors involved in preliminary and periodic medical examinations should always to systematize and deepen their knowledge, in particular its legislative and regulatory framework, the issues of examination of professional suitability and many other questions relating to various aspects of pathology.
The article describes a comparative analysis of the incidence of socially significant diseases (tuberculosis, malignant neoplasms and diseases of the circulatory system). The retrospective of the analyzed indicators was 5 years, for the period from 2011 to 2015.
