The article presents the stages of formation of a professional of neurology since the founding of the National center. According to the results of long-term research features of clinical manifestations, some aspects of the pathogenetic mechanisms of pathology development and their relationship to working conditions, which allowed us to develop criteria of early diagnosis, methods of correction and rehabilitation one of the most common in the Republic of vertebral diseases of occupational etiology. In the course of employment by the miners of coal and mining enterprises are subject to influence of complex of occupational factors, which under certain conditions lead to violations of the peripheral parts of the nervous system.

In the complex process of studying the influence of the environment on human health is rarely possible to prove the existence of a definite connection between one or another harmful factor in the environment and caused by a pathological process. Their impact is complex.
OCCUPATIONAL HYGIENE
Analysis of the causes of high nitrate levels in the sources of centralized drinking water supply of population in the territory of the Republic of Buryatia showed that due to specific geological factors of occurrence of aquifers, the phenomenon is mostly natural in nature. This puts a question mark on the territory of the Republic of Buryatia specific hygienic nitrate hydrogeological province.
MEDICAL ECOLOGY
The results of the content of many factors in the environment in the village Aiteke-bi of Kyzylorda region, given the climate made their comprehensive evaluation. The results allow to rank and identify the most important parameters that determines its assignment to the critical zone of contamination.
The purpose of work was assessment of occupational injuries among the workers of LLP "Corporation Kazakhmys". The analysis of injuries during the period from 2011 to 2015, according to a report on injuries provided by the LLP "Corporation Kazakhmys". Analysis of industrial injuries at enterprises of LLP "Kazakhmys Corporation" showed that the greatest number of injuries were registered at the East-Zhezkazgan mine (81), 6 of them fatal. In the evaluation of occupational injuries in work experience aspect was found to be mostly injured persons with the work experience of 1-3 and 4-6 years.
Atmospheric air in industrial cities is today the leading factor associated with the greatest part of all health risks. For correct assessment of losses from this factor it is necessary a radical change in the system of monitoring of air pollution, bringing it to international claims (continuous control particulate TSP РМ10 и РМ2,5). Hygienic evaluation of the obtained data on air pollution dust particles( fractions PM10 and PM2,5), indicates that optimization of the monitoring taking into account the spatial and temporal distribution of dust on the ground; the chemical composition of dust; when the dust concentration with the emission sources.
The structure and prevalence of morbidity among the adult population living in environmentally disadvantaged areas of the region. Studies carried out on human settlements (the city of Shalkar and Irgiz, Aktobe region, Arys South Kazakhstan region, Ulytau village of Karaganda region), located in the Aral sea region. The leading pathology was presented presumably ecologically-dependent diseases of different classes. Retrospective analyzed indicators was 10 years, during the period from 2004 to 2013.
Integrated hygienic valuation carried out of the characteristic and workers’ health status of cement factory in Karagandy region. According to the results of our research was revealed that workers predominantly have diseases of the respiratory system. Basically age of explored workers was 50 and over years, and seniority less than 9 years. The research data which we get will be used in development of health measures for reduce morbidity of workers of modern cement enterprises.
